I was charged $100 for weed smell I'm the room and I don't some weed or cigarettes

I checked in the room on November 1st and I checked out November 2nd and as I was going on my route on my vacation I'll check my credit card balance and it said that you had took a hundred dollars off my car for the smell of marijuana in my room once I call them people and I prove to you all can prove you all that I don't smoke weed and I don't understand why y'all charge my card like that and I'm going to give a bunch of bad reviews until you return my money

Roach infested room

Within 15 mins of my stay I found/saw 3 large *** roaches...immediately I asked for a full refund...they refused, but moved me to a dirty room without roaches. Not staying at any Choice hotel moving forward!!

The manager/owner of hotel was so easygoing about refunding me my second night when I needed to leave. She was kind and pleasant. For that reason alone I would support her business in the future. The air conditioning isn't the greatest in the summer but it's not horrible.

Awful experience. Worse ever.

This Adrian Maldonado, I spent a night at Quality Inn Escondido, was on September de 2nd. I had arrive very late around midnight, the room was the 108.

The problem I had was the room was infected with cockroaches, it where everywhere into de room some big where in the middle in the room and the small ones came out of the bathroom and over the sink, was terrible disgusting. I told about to the person in charge and he was ashamed but it looks was the last room available, that was unacceptable because I had paid the room in advance that shouldnt happened. This person told me that for compensate the awful inconvenience it could be possible you can make a refund and a really hope you can do it as much as you can.

Let me know if theres something you want to do. I did may reservations through Expedia and my number of itinerary was 726448****8620.

You needed to have spoken with the GM (general manager) or the owners. I see this hotel has horrible online reviews and previous guests have taken photos of roaches.

I would never stay at this place. Good luck!

I was triple charged for my stay and when I called to talk to a manager they told me I had to wait a whole day because there wasnt one there nor could they get ahold of one. The room we stayed in looked terrible.

There were holes in the wall you couldnt use the bathroom because when you flushed the toilet it would overflow into the floor. Then when it did over flow I was asked if I had my own plunger and to not use my towels to clean it up because they had no extras.

My poor pregnant wife was miserable the whole time and I can guarantee well never stay at another quality inn and Ill make sure to tell everyone I know the same thing. The only good experience I had was the corporate service person I spoke to on the phone when filling a complaint against them for being charged three times for a *** stay in a terrible place.

Preferred solution: What I would really like from this company is to crack down on their hotels to make sure they are operating as they should and not some sketchy garbage hotel that is honestly disgusting to sleep in.

One of quality inns employees canceled my reservation on their end and failed to call booking to cancel with them but they approved the cancellation by canceling it on the merchant side when I called because I got charged for it anyway, the manager called me a liar he yelled at me yelled at my son and told me that I wasn't gonna be able to dispute the charge because he was a professional and he would win

We booked the rooms on line through another company and paid them for two rooms. When we checked in the third party sent her a one time use card. She said we had to put up a $100 deposit so she done 1 room at a time on the first one she added the $100 deposit to it. And gave us the key for the room. Then she went to do the second room and there was not enough money left on the card to pay for the second room because she added the deposit to the first room. And it took over 3 hours to get it straighten out.d

A dispute

The Management of Quality inn Suites in Burbank CA Took $226.00 unauthorized US dollars from my account I was charged twice actually. I made a booking for the one on Century in Los Angeles Ca, and was Charged 135 + a $100 deposit then I was charged again because the taxi took me all the way Sad to Burbank CA and dropped me off at the Quality inn out there not the one i booked so i had to cancel my reservation.

Why? The reason is when I wanted to check out so I can take that money to the other reservation they told that I can checkout but they will not give me my refund Sad or my deposit. I feel threatened for my life, Violated, racially discriminated and completely treated like a fraud.

I need and want my surety bonds back for the inconvenience because honestly I want to sue The Quality Inn but I am willing to take a settlement of $2000 and not take this to the press or into legal matters. Thank you.

I'm in a unfortunate situation trying to help someone, and then realizing I had to cancel for other reason the hotel explained, so know one stayed in the hotel, what turned out to be a one night stay, has turned into a night mare, I'm disabled and can't walk so I can't go in to dispute this case, but I have called they refused my call I have emailed and did everything to receive my refund, and nothing the customer service is awful they're very unprofessional and I'm out of 107 dollars please help!!

We stayed at the hotel every year as our kids were growing up and always had a wonderful experience. But now...not so much...I had to plunge my own toilet, the fiith under and behind the beds was disgusting. The free breakfast was some stale bread for toast and stale cereal. I am very sad that this will be the last time we go there.

This was at 3121 grand river in east Lansing 48912 Was as bad if not worse than red roof in on dunckle and Collins. They ignored my AARP discount.

They charged me more than what I booked the room for. All the hallways had drywall dust on the floor. The room door was so bad I could barely get in the room. The bathroom door *** was broken and locked me in the bathroom.

The food tastes like it was freezer burnt.

The pool has so much chlorine in it it made our feet raw. And after all that all they offered was an apology and 15% off my next stay like is ever rent a room there again...I would rather sleep in my car

I called hopper , the same night they got Clarksville n Centerville mixed up with each other I live in Clarksville not centerthe fools are crooks between hopper and Centerville quality inn that lady is a *** And needs to be fired , I've called numerous times and refund has been offered or the funds released
